Subject: "I charge a hefty finder's fee." He announced almost obnoxiously - not rudely, just cockily - from where he was watching her approach, standing just a little bit away from her friends. He'd caught the tail end of the teasing game her friends had been playing with her, and then had recovered her shoe easily - already out stumbling around in the dark anyway trying to find firewood. He had just been debating what he wanted to do with the shoe - trying it in the fire didn't seem like the best idea, but neither did marching over to her large group and offering it back. He wasn't much of the knight-in-shining-armor type... But then she had started to make her way towards him, so he just lingered where he was and waited for her to come to him.

  • She grinned at him brightly as he held back on her shoe, closing the distance between them easily- confidently. "Your gonna charge me for my shoe?" She laughed gently, her voice sweet but sure "I got a half a bottle of beer?" She arched a brow to him, holding up the beer- though she wasn't too reluctant to part with it- beer wasn't really her thing- she was more of a malibu girl.
