He figured she wouldn't take off because she did seem to want her shoe back, so he ducked away from her quickly to grab another couple bottles from a cooler by their fire - ignoring the jeers from his friends - and then returned back to where she was standing. "Here - you look like you need another." He cracked the bottle open and shoved it into her hand, taking her almost finished drink from her - finishing it off for her and then tossing it in the direction he had sent his last bottle.

She narrowed her eyes at him playfully, taking her time to take him in, before a smile spread over her lips "Okay... so tell me what I have to do to get my shoe back...If I go home with just one shoe my dad is not going to be pleased..." she warned him playfully, brushing her dark hair back form her face.
