A small smile lingered over her lips as she listened to the older girl talk about her guy - they had been through a lot but they seemed to be getting it together now. Jake was doing well for himself, and Kesi was healthy again, and they were still young with a lot of years ahead of them. She nodded a little on the comment about Jake being overprotective of Colden - that made so much sense hearing it, but she doubted it would make it too much easier for Cole to fully accept how his cousin treated him. Her wide, dark eyes dropped to the ring on Kesi's finger and a slow grin spread over her features. "Someone needs to tell Jake that we're all in need of a good wedding though." Her tone was gently teasing - the couple's extended engagement was the butt of many jokes around their little group. There was no doubt in anyone's mind that they both wanted to marry each other very much, but for whatever reason they hadn't quite gotten around to setting a date. She nodded a little in agreement then. "Yeah, I know. I really have no reason to hate it, it's just such a drag..."
