She assured the other girl with the small hint of a smile - she still had well over a year left, but she definitely could feel graduation getting closer with every day. When Kesi paused to send out the text on her cell phone, she shifted on her stool so that she was sitting more facing the dance floor - they hadn't been out yet, but she was definitely starting to feel like she would like to waste some time out there, so her dark gaze scanned the crowds slowly while she waited for Kesi's attention to return to her so she could announce her decision that it was time that they attract some attention. Her eyes found the older boys first and she was about to point them out to the other woman, but then she spotted Colden... Her lips parted softly and she sat up a little straighter, her chin tipping up, and she swiveled on her stool back to face Kesi again. She was just hoping that Kesi wouldn't see the boys, and she wouldn't mention it, and then she could just pretend she had never seen them. She was trying to think of something to say in hopes of drawing attention away from the situation, just not wanting to think about it at all. The pang of jealousy that she had felt in her stomach wasn't anything that she was used to, and it was unsettling, and she didn't know what to do about it except ignore it as long as they were out in public.
