Subject: She smirked as he only gave her the one, narrowing her eyes at him playfully, she'd hoped that might be her chance. She removed one of her own hands and picked up the beer that she'd dug into the sand to keep it upright, playing 'slaps' with just the one hand "Thats cool... Lazy is good..." She slapped his hand and grinned, pulling hers away before he could hit it back. "Do your parents approve?" Her own parents had never been pushy about her going to college or anything- they;d like her to go- and she probably would- but she had no idea what she wanted to do with her life yet.

  • "Lazy is definitely good." He agreed with a small smirk and a shrug, half-heartedly slapping back at her hand as he thought about her question for a moment. "Yeah, they're pretty okay with it. I have an internship set up for the summer with my brother's company, and a part-time job right now, so they're happy that I'm not totally slacking off." Truthfully his parents weren't too hands on about things - just trusting that he would work out his life in his own time. (NT) -- Cash, Sun, Feb 11 2007, 4:08pm PST
