Subject: She nearly laughed out loud when he made that comment - he had read her like a book - then again, that wasn't typically hard - she wasn't the brooding type - she told it like it was and when she wanted something, she asked, that was it. She leaned back on her board, propping herself up with the heels of her hands as she watched him move across the wave, almost mechanically - it was hardly flawed - in fact, much closer to perfect, but something was missing that she couldn't quite put her finger on. She sat back watching until he paddled back out, one brow raised as he neared her. "You're right, I just wanted to see. Curiousity did kill the cat, you know."
