He smirked gently, his hand shifting to run over her shoulder before he leaned forward to order another drink when the waitress stopped to check on them and after glancing to her, ordered her a diet coke also. As soon as he was done ordering, he focused his attention back on her, leaning down to brush his lips against hers softly - finally - in greeting. "I missed you today..."

She corrected him teasingly, and reached up to run her fingers affectionately over his head as he put in his requests to the waitress, and smiled a little to the other woman - a vaguely familiar face. Once his attention was back on her, her hand dropped back to his leg and squeezed tightly as she closed her eyes lightly to return his soft and brief, but sweet kiss, before finally just smiling adoringly up to him.
