The typical thought running through most peoples minds in his situation at that point in time likely would have had something to do with wanting to get out of there, as soon as possible. That just wasn't the case with him. He had no reason to want to be out of there. Even though he hadn't had any contact with the outside world since before the accident, he was sure that his reputation was ruined - a person of his status being admitted to the local hospital's pyschiatric ward? If the media had gotten wind - which he was sure they must have - he would be done with. There was little logic behind his reasoning though, because the fact that he had yet to speak a word had a large part to do with his being held there. It wasn't like he was crazy though. He just had nothing to say to anyone, and didn't want to be there - but didn't want to be anywhere else. So, he was sitting where he had been for the past few days - except for getting up to go to the bathroom and taking his daily showers, he hadn't moved from that spot on his bed. He just flipped slowly through the limited television channels - rarely stopped to watch anything, but just kept on surfing, because it occupied his mind and he could just mentally check out. His features were getting fuzzy from him not bothering to shave and his hair fell in an styled mess, just a black hoodie fit to his torso and pale blue scrubs to his hips. He definitely was not looking like himself, and the stitches holding his lower lip together and the dark circles around both eyes hardly helped...
