Subject:
I'd do anything for love
But I won't do that

It had been a little over two weeks and his physical injuries were healed but his mental state that was another thing all together. He refused any real treatment other then the occasionally paxil or valium to get him to relax and chill out, but as far as any therapy or counseling went, he just flat out refused. He was near impossible to work with, whether he was irate and irrational or silent and sullen, neither made for the ideal patient. Although many of the nurses would whisper about his good looks, as soon as they had to work with him, his attitude overruled his charming appearance. The doctors were at a loss on what to do with him so they really had no choice but to release him, even if they were a little concerned about his stability especially due to his behavior. Still, no matter how he behaved, Emily had been there every day as much as she could. Some days, she would sit there for a good four hours and not get a word out of him, no matter what she was chatting idly about. A few times she got discouraged but mostly she was just there for him, doing whatever was needed and in the mean time, she was making friends with the hospital personnel. So many people were wondering what it was that he had on her, to make her be so willing and sweet and ready to do anything for him when he obviously showed no appreciation for anything she did for him. She wasn’t expecting anything in return though, she just wanted him to get better, and that was the only thing on her mind. Last night, however, she had come down with a little bit of a virus or something so she wasn’t feeling her best. Her eyes were a little bright thanks to a slight fever but other then that she didn’t feel to bad so she had come to the hospital at her regular time without much thought about it. It was a good thing she had too, because when she walked in, the doctor informed her they were releasing them. After chatting with him for a little while, she left once again to go to his place and get him a pair of jeans, a hoodie, and his jacket so he would have something to wear before she finally headed back to the hospital and into his room. A smile crossed her slightly tired face as she walked in, tilting her head to the side as she took him in, gauging his mood for the day. “So I hear they are letting you out, I brought some clothes so you would have something to wear.” She sat them on the bed next to him, her brow furrowed as she brushed her hair back from her face, sitting down in a chair next to the bed. “I guess we just have to wait until the doctor comes in…you could probably change now if you want to though.”
