He was lost and confused about everything really in his life, and that drove him crazy - so he reacted with such irrational behavior that he knew he was likely making far more enemies than allies. Once upon a time, he cared what others thought of him, but these days - it meant little if someone left the room thinking that he was the biggest jerk ever to have walked this earth. Rather than being touched and grateful of her company, it only served to irritate him even more - why wouldn't she just leave him alone? He didn't deserve her sympathy or her attention and he didn't want her pity. She should be off touring or recording or something, and meeting true, honest, good-hearted people - the type of people who were closer to being worthy of her. Still though, he didn't have the heart to tell her to leave him alone, and so every day when she showed up, he tried to act appreciative - though everything about his actions and expressions was smothered these days - but typically just came off as less hostile towards her. His eyes followed her in, and he nodded a little at the information that she provided - he was still sticking to minimal words though and so just grabbed the clothes and headed to the bathroom with only a murmured thanks...

She sighed, resting her head back against the chair as she closed her eyes. The fever was making her tired and worn out and all this stress was taking its toll on her. A low sigh escaped her lips, her brow furrowed as she tried to just relax. There was no sense in getting herself all worked up now, she needed to just chill out - she'd been doing fine, well, ok, until now so she was just blaming it on her not feel quite up to par. She had to be coming down with something, her face was flushed and she just looked tired. Honestly, she didn't know why she was here, she couldn't explain it, she just knew that she loved him and didn't want him going through this all by himself....with a sigh, she just waited for him to come out...not that anything would happen when he did.
