thanks for highlighting my point once again. The journey begins at the gate. JESUS IS the gate. Enter by the gate and you have the Victory. It is not something you have to wait for; it is something you gain through simple acceptance...belief...trust...faith. And it is a faith that grows and is maintained, like any seed, by continuous watering.

Jesus and John were walking along one day when John asked; "Master, how long before I become like you"?
Jesus answered; "5 years". "What if I practice all day long"? Jesus replied; "10 years". "What if I work at it night and day with no rest"? "15 years"; Jesus said. "Master, I don't understand-the harder I work the longer it takes". Jesus replied; "With one eye on the goal - you only have one eye on the path".

And now a story for Bob.

John and Jesus were walking through the forest one day when John asked; "Master, how do I find the kingdom of heaven."? Jesus stopped and asked; "Can you hear that mountain stream off in the distance."? After awhile and with full attention John could hear the faint trickle of a stream off in the distance. "I hear it, Master". Jesus said;"Find heaven from there".
They walked along for quite some time when John stopped and asked; "What if I did not hear the stream.?" Jesus replied;"Find heaven from there".
