Subject: What is a "Big Bad"?

I have been reading the spoilers posted here the last few days with some trepidation, but the one that I find really difficult is Tensai's suggestion that Willow is the Big Bad for the season. (there is another comment in the posts that the "scoobies" are the big bad). I thought that the primary feature that creates a big bad is that they are unadulterated evil (at least from our point of view) ... the five we have seen, the Master, Angelus, The Mayor, Adam and Glory all seem to be what we consider evil to their core. In addition, they are intent on doing something that will inflect chaos and mayhem on the world. As wiggy as Willow may get if Tara is killed by Warren and even if Willow kills Warren (which certainly isn't stated in AngelX's spoiler, though its supposed by others), thats a long way from the two conditions above. Willow is not and can't be evil in her core (without some external change, Rack or Anya actually changing who she is). And neither can the core Scoobies (I can understand ME may be trying to say there is evil in all of us, but that is different than saying our basic nature is evil).
