The vixen ran on hooves barely touching the ground as she raced towards the land of the fairies. It had been a hard run with little to no rest. It had taken it's toll on the female. Her magic if any left ran low the silvery thread around the girl's waist continued pulsing though it grew weaker. She continued her mad dash foam flew from her mug ivory locks whirling madly in the wind. Daggers etched the ground as she continued her mind numb only seeing the stretch of land. Finally she could almost see it and they came upon the Fairy Land. She slowed now to a gallop and then canter until she was near to the pool of water. Knees buckled beneath her as she fell to the ground. Dial dropped sides heaved barrel chest expanding slowly. Her body was covered in a thick sweat so that she looked to be painted alabaster instead of gold. Her heart beat so fast it sounded like a continuing hum. Ooids were covered framed by dark lashes another breath was drawn. Only a few feet from the pool but she could move no longer. Another breath heart still beat frantically mind black she lay still.
