I disagree. Mainly, I disagree on points that could have been heightened but due to time constraints, were not. I think the uttering of the ancient names gives the ringwraiths a definite shadowy evil aspect. Even vampires have their crosses and so on. In the book, it was more as if they had been startled by the uttering of "good" names, sort of like saying, "God bless you," to an undead thing. :) Not only that, they had stabbed Frodo and might have been content with this, knowing the effects of their blades.

The fight atop Weathertop was not a crucial flaw of the movie, imo. Though the build up that could have been given by Aragorn's stories was missed. :) Anyway...
