Subject: A third time

Well, I saw it for a third time. I thought Aragorn was quite kingly, and still he seems what I expected from Aragorn. I thought him allowing Frodo to go alone showed kingly wisdom.

In the book, Frodo shouting the names of Varda didn't do much but annoy the Ring Wraiths (and he got stabbed for it, to boot), and Aragorn chased them off, so leaving that out of the movie wasn't a detriment. Besides, it isn't as if Aragorn killed any of them. All nine chased after Arwen after that episode - and fire is a mythical means of dispatching evil, so it works for me.

I still have no complaints to make about the movie itself.
