Sometimes I wonder
Where my old friend went
Did she fly to the moon?
Or just some basement?
I wonder if she ever
Remembers those days
The walks for coffee
The warm sunny days
As I roam these high mountains
Under tall pines
Where truth does not matter
And there are no straight lines
Sometimes I still hear her
As I walk through the trees
