I was not talking about cities, as I hinted at in my earlier post. Hoosiers litter up the land like crazy here. That's all I am saying. And they are very bad about it. Of course there are abuses in other countries! What's your point? I never said we were the absolute worst, only among the worst. And this is a documented fact. We are one of the dirtiest and most deforested states in the country. We also have nearly the worst ranking for land set aside for preservation. The fact remains that people have a marked disrespect for the land everywhere, but in Indiana it is worse than many other places. This is a fact. Your pointing out that there are other dirty or dirtier places is really no rebuttal, as I never stated that there weren't, nor that we were the worst. I believe I said "among the worst".

My question to you is: What has caused such disrespect for the land? Anywhere and everywhere?
