I really doubt that there is going to be some moment where Buffy makes them promise to work together. That's just silly. Why would she? Would you ask the long lost love of your life to work with the guy that currently is infatuated with you, and whom you know dislike each other, to say the least. Also, what possible purpose would Spike have as a human on Angel? He's not brainy, and from the looks of it, pretty scrawny as a human. They better have a damn convinvcing reason for meddling in Angel.
