You guys have got to be kidding me! Buffy professes her gratitude for Spike--he's always working for her, tells him how much the night meant to her too, KNOWS how much it meant for him,....and then 30 minutes later thinks "oooohhhh, Angel you are so wonderful"? If she cannot profess what she honestly feels for Spike under ANY circumstances, including the return of Angel, then she deserves whatever crap she is going to get in the final episode. Lame, lame, lame, and completely spineless and soulless.

Don't get me wrong--I LOVED the first few seasons with the chemistry between her and Angel...but it is over. How can she just see him briefly in the space of a few years, and forget everything she felt about someone else (Spike) who has been standing by her side? Not just standing by her side, but CHANGING HIS NATURE for her!!!! Argh!!!!

Flame me if you want, but this episode made me finally agree with our hostess...this show has lost its soul.
