Subject: email addresses, spam and viruses

Ok, this is my problem, as we all know there are many virus email doing the rounds at the moment in the I.D community as well as more spam than I care to mention. My problem is that with so many email addresses listed on my site, 200 in the dresses pages alone, that people are being sent infected emails almost as soon as their dress is listed.
Normally they have the usual subject line, happy to see you, a special file for you etc etc, but I have just been told by one of my sellers that she received an infected email with her dress number as the subject line. I code my email links so that the subject line automatically contains "Dance-Again dress #0000" so I can only think that someone has used the direct link on my site to send this infected email.
I saw on a site somewhere last year that you could mask email addresses so that these things that creep around stealing them don't recongise them as email addresses. One suggestion it gave is to make the email address into a jpg and download it onto the page as a picture file. The problem with this is..1. I don't want to now have to go and make and download over 200 jpg files! and 2. you can't make them clickable or it defeats the purpose. So people would have to type the address themselves into an email and this leads to typos and undelivered mail.

Sorry this is so long, but has anyone else ever tried something like this? It would be great if there was just some code I could add to the link that did something. Am I asking too much, has such a thing been invented yet!! :0)
