In my real (non-ID) life, I'm a business consultant. If you read ANY of the Google agreements, they have unlimited access to your images, files, etc. I recommend against their data storage, email and picture storage utilites on a daily basis for this reason. Nothing personal -- they've got some great offerings, but this language really scares me.

Unless you want to try to take them to court, you're stuck, unfortunately.
