Thanks, i though to much.. I mean, if a company or "proper" photographer (i.e. newspaper,big fancy website,magazine) has the right to use photos as they please, then wy not the same rules for a "less proper" photographer :-P I am not exactly going to be taking pictures of kids half dressed here.

There is a ren faire site that has a load of pictures up from different faires and used to have a notice on every gallery page saying something along the lines of "if you wouldn't want people looking at photos of you, then don't look at photos of them"

Quite clever if you think about it.
