Hi Joan--guess I haven't been smart enough to say NO yet. I can't give you any advice because I feel much like you do. I always give in no matter how I feel. Just another negative side of not having a dx no matter what it is.
I hope you feel better really soon. The hot weather is getting to me very fast this summer. It was almost noon today before I could get my leg working and get motiviated. I think I could have slept all day. I had to have a good cry spell too! Take care.

Is anybody still out there? Guess everyone is busy.
