Actually the "joke" is on your poor kid!!! Too bad I don't have any legal advice for you. I don't think you can actually "copywrite" a routine, and even that would be up to the coach. Your problem is with the coach, there is no way that he/she should have been a party to this. Maybe you can sue him/her. -- Air it ALL
