Subject: Actually, if the same rules apply as in dance, then the "routine" belongs to the choreographer, not the student. So unless you sign a contract with her reserving your exclusive right to the moves, then you probably have no course of action. Also, with the choice of music. It is obviously copyrighted and so you definitely don't have an exclusive there. Now that being said, no one should copy another's routine.
