I'm not sure but I know I tried to get them to come to my state. The national director and I talked several times then she just quit communicating with me. I could tell she was reading my e-mails but never responded. It seemed like a good system but for some reason she is only interested in certain states being there. If she wants to build this pageant she needs to be open to more states being involved. I thought it was very rude of her to stop communicating with me for no reason. -- Air it ALL
