Nothing personal here, we did give btk the benefit of the doubt and it came back to bite us. Sure, we received our photos, but they were several weeks late and still not what we needed. Took it as a lesson learned, from now on we'll stick with Troy, Toni, or Donna. Not even sure about Kapture since I've heard they are often late too. -- Air it ALL
