- Don't waste your money! It isn't enough that the Directors look like welfare recipients, they are unprofessional in every sense of the word! For a National pageant you would think that there would be a better emcee, a nicer stage and that events would start on time. Prize packages are pathetic to say the least but that isn't my biggest complaint. I just don't think those ladies know what they are doing! Oh, brother!   - W e think you are totally WRONG! the stage looked great! the prizes are very nice and the crowns and trophies were beautiful! nothing started later than 17min which is pretty good for a nationals.   - First of all, I was at the Gemstars Nationals and I thought every thing went perfectly well!! The stage looked great! I agree the crowns and trophies were absoulutally gorgeous!!!! The prizes were great!! On the "everything was late" topic, bull!!! There was one event that was late and it's not a big deal they're human, not perfect!!!!   - The parties were great and the kids had a blast!!! I happen to have spent time around the lifetime and out going royalty and I thought they were extremely helpful and extremely sweet!!! And about it being unorganized, and the directors not knowing what they are doing you are tottaly wrong!!! I happen to know that they have been putting their kids in pageant for atleast 10 years, I think they know what they're doing!! The bottom line is, it was a blast and the kids had a blast, youguys are probablly just parents whose kids didn't win any thing so now your mad at the pageant, WHATEVER!!! - I am the parent of one of the outgoing royalty and would like to know what clothes you thought were inappropriate. I thought everyone looked good. I have to agree that the one judge seemed very disinterested and I know thatthe directors will never use her again. As for starting late we timed every start and the latest was 17 min. late, and a few things actually ran early.
