I think he is just disappointed with the failure of this film at the box office. But that is certainly not his fault. Blame the studio. They released it in so few theatres that most people couldn't see it. He probably meant they killed Jesse James the movie very quick in the theatres ;-)

He did talk about State of Play? Did he mention his current relationship with the studio after all these troubles? Did he explain the real reason for dropping out?

I like Edward Norton, but I never found him hot. Can't remember his body. The most important asset for me is the face, I guess. Someone could have the best body, when I don't find the face attractive, then I don't care. Brad just happens to have the ideal combination of face and body ;-)

I only remember Norton's tatooed body from the film you mentioned. Hardly a turn-on for me.

I haven't watched too many Norton films yet, Gina. So I can't say if he always falls into character for me. I am not a fan of Russell Crowe, I must admit. He does nothing for me as an actor. And he certainly did not win my favour after his aggressive behaviour in public, or was it in a hotel-room? Can't remember anymore.

There are a few actors who have the ability to really fall into character, whatever role they play. Some examples for me are Kevin Bacon, Ed Harris, Meryl Streep and Brad of course.

No, I haven't seen Jesse James. They only showed late-night-performances for a very short time. But I will certainly check it out when they release it on DVD. Wanna see what made Brad win the actors award in Venice.

From the moment he dropped out of State of Play I knew he was looking for something else. It was always AJ who said she will take a year off and not Brad. Although she continues to work.

Wonder what Tree of Life is about.....

Gina, have you checked out Elvis Presley's Christmas CD? We were talking about the King a few months ago, you remember? You said you would like to have his Christmas CD come Christmas time? We bought it in the meantime, it's called White Christmas. It is amazing, really. The way he sings Silent Night is so great. His timbre is so wonderful. He sings many classics, some new ones (in his days) and gospels like Peace in the Valley. If you don't have it get it as soon as possible. I am sure you have a CD-store in your place that has it.

Here you can see it at the Amazon-site where you can listen to some excerpts.
