That's quite a thorough looking into of The Area.
So what do youse in Heathenville call it?

After re-examining things I am now leaning toward the idea that it looks like he's wearing another pair of tight black briefs underneath the grey ones but I can't be sure. Perhaps we should have a Dole-Clinton 60 minutes style debate on the issue.
