Hi Sarah! Keeping up with the cuticle mousse will help. If you are picking at the skin that is what causes the ridges in the nail. I had the same thing and yes it does go away. Just stay with your routine. You will find once your nails are back in shape your polish will last longer. One thing to do is make sure you are putting a top coat on every day or every other (starting the day after your manicure), and cap the tip of the nail by dragging the polish and top coat along the free edge.
