Since it is low it might be a face angle issue instead of a club path issue. You may not be allowing a 'release' that will rotate the club face through to square on these shots.

This one I know very well and has been the primary bane of my scores. This is an indication that your swing is bottoming before the ball. There are lots of things I have done in the past as quick fixes: Move the ball back in the stance, shift the weight more forward, try to hit a spot in front of the ball...

I've fixed this now by sustaining the left arm/shaft angle longer. When you don't sustain this angle (casting) the swing will often bottom behind the ball. This can either cause fat shots or thin (if you don't hit fat the club is rising when it gets to the ball). Anyone with left wrist breakdown before impact is on their way here.

Now when I hit a fat shot it is almost invariably because I lost focus on the biceps curl and let the angle go too soon.
