Just because someone's right hand is in a Palm up stong position doesn't mean it is literaly in the palm of the hand, if the grip is overlapping (like Moe's and Azinger's) the right pinkie finger overlapping the left index forces the club shaft into the base of the fingers, NOT the palm, the left thumb being covered by the right thumb pad during this grip futher promotes that!!!
