Erica Pivko was born with art and music flowing through her veins. She is an avid musician, poetess, and environmental biologist.

She was a major force behind the creation of Aquatic Logic, an ecology education program designed for young adults, while she was a student at Ulster County Community College. With this she was able to combine her love of the environment with her passion for teaching children.

Erica has also been involved in producing electronic music dance events in the Hudson Valley for the past 2 years. Disheartened by the increasing cost and decreasing quality of events in this area, Erica, along with her friend Sage Jobsis, formed their own production company, Luscious Grooves. The mission: to provide a safe place for the Hudson Valley electronic dance culture to thrive and grow. Erica has co-coordinated at least 6 all night music events, and has helped with countless others. Erica and Sage's shining accomplishment was "Can U Dig It," a 24-hour music festival held in September of 2001.

Erica is dedicated to the mission of Passion Place. This is her first major foray into the realm of theater, and as Events Facilitator she plans on giving 1000% to help Passion Place realize its vision.
