John Dellaporta was born and raised in upstate New York. His family has always encouraged creativity, and he spent many of his early years taking music lessons and writing. He also acted in a number of local plays, and has assisted in the shooting and editing of a number of student films. Always interested in cinema, John volunteered at the 2nd Annual Woodstock Film Festival. He has directed a number of television programs in the coming semester, as well as beginning a feature-length screenplay. He is currently enrolled at Marist College, where he expects to earn his Bachelor's in Communications, TV/radio/film, with a Theatre minor, in 2003. John is excited to be part of the PassionPlace team, working on projects that emphasize creativity and give unique artists a voice.
