Night had fallen in the mountains. A chill traveled through the night air, prompting sweaters, jackets and hoodies to be donned by those preferring the night life. One such person passed by buildings, some dark, some lit, with a purpose to her stride. Her long raven black hair was loose, and flowing freely over her shoulders, and down her back, covering the opening of her blouse. She was dressed, not to impress, but for comfort. Her clothes weren't form fitting, as many young women seemed to prefer now-a-days, no, she was dressed with class, a cream colored blouse, that complimented her curves, and a clean pair of jeans. She had on black cowboy boots, "spitt-shined" to an eye catching gleam.
Her destination soon become obvious as the green neon sign of Club Alien cast a sickly glow on the pavement. Her steps slowed a fraction, though not much, as there wasn't a line to get into the club yet. It was early enough in the night that the club wouldn't be hopping. She passed from the cool night air into the equally dark club, and made her way to the bar. There were a few patrons mingling, some standing at the bar, drinking, talking, and a couple were out on the dance floor, getting their evening started early. Just as Lessa was. It wasn't difficult to get a seat at the bar. She settled herself comfortably on a stool, and waited for the barkeep to make his way to her. It didn't take long, and after a few minutes, she had a beer in hand. It wasn't her goal to get wasted tonight, just simply relax after a hectic week of moving into the new stable, and maybe make some contacts. She had brought along a few business cards, for just that purpose. The quicker she could get clientele passing through, and students, the better she'd feel.
Tonight was her relax time, and while the bar was quiet, she was going to take some time to de-frag. Her gaze swept the other patrons. She watched the dancers for a couple of minutes, a very slight tightening around the corners of her lips the only sign of her internal musings. Though if one were to get a look at her eyes, they'd surely see the amusement and intelligence sparkling within their dark green depths.
