He couldn't chance the wolf sencing their attention, so he avoided looking towards the door, keeping his gaze focused on his drink. "Yes he's here, and no I'm not pointing him out" He smirked, hoping to soften his words. He took a sip of his drink, watching her debate with herself over his question. Maybe it was a mistake to push the subject so soon... But he wanted things all out on the table for once in his life.

He nodded at her words, idly wondering if she was a one creature shifter or a multi-shifter... Guess he'd leave that one for later. He needed some mystery in life, after all. "Linx" He said softly, implying that he was a simple shifter as well. Maybe she'd take it at that, make her own assumptions and he'd be able to spend some time with her for a few weeks. Most of the supernatural crowd had a bad taist in their mouth when it came to were anything. As if they where all savage, unpredictable beasts. He had sympathy for the pit bulls of america, they suffered the same stereotyping...

Sometimes I feel like Jesse James
Still tryin' to make a name
Knowing nothing's gonna change what I am
I was a young troubadour
when I rode in on a song
I'll be an old troubadour
when I'm gone
