Corrections Officer Arrested In 2003 Murder

A retired Bridgewater, Mass. corrections officer has been arrested and charged with the murder of 26-year-old Matthew Cote.

Darren Caswell, 44, was arrested at his home and taken into custody on October 2, 2009, after a Plymouth County Jury indicted him earlier that day.

During his arraignment, he pled not guilty to the charges.

He is being held without bail. His next court date is scheduled for Oct 12, 2009.
