No one is taking anything from you, but you. If you're not getting what you think you deserve than it is your fault for staying where you are. Blaming the Governor, or anyone else for that matter, for anything that happens in your life is nothing but an excuse. No one is forcing you to stay in Corrections. You have the ability to do what you want when you want, you just choose to blame others for your lack of initiative.
