All of them looked up! “You’re cousin Ellie is coming to stay with us for a month”. Jess jumped up and yelled “WHAT?...SHE IS COMING TO STAY WITH US FOR A MONTH?”. “Yes but….” Helen replied. “Don’t talk to me….” Jess said, and stormed upstairs, slamming the door to her room. Jacob rolled his eyes and said “What the hair with girl attached” he said sarcastically and pulled out his homework. Suzie looked a little ruffled and said “well…I guess their must be something good about her coming and stomped off”… Helen sighed and went to get the guest room ready. She sat down on the guest bed and dialed Susan’s number “Hello?” Susan said. “Hey” “What’s up” “Well you see…” and Helen explained her problem with Elie coming over. Susan talked for awhile agreeing to help and then they said goodbye. Helen walked downstairs to make spaghetti for dinner….. THREE DAYS LATER….. Helen heard the sound of a car in the drive and sighed. I few moments later Elie walked through the door, swinging her hips with a sweet goody goody smile on her face. She was wearing a pair of blue jeans with a chain belt & a hot pink camisole the came just below her bra. Over this was a see through hot pink blouse. “Hello, Elie” Helen said. “Hello, Helen” Elie replied(the simpering smile wasn’t changing) “Oh Eric take my bags to my room”. Eric, who had followed with most of the luggage grinned slightly dropped it on the floor and said “you take it”. Elie frowned at him and then said(with the smile back on “can someone show me my room?”. Helen replied that she would and then led Elie to the guest bedroom upstairs. Elie walked into the big comfortable room and looked around “Helen…..” she said “What?” “There’s no boom box…” “But you brought your own” “Yes…but your supposed to have 1 incase I didn’t bring mine” Elie retorted with a “I know these things and you don’t” look on her face. At this moment Jess walked in said a “hi” and ran to her room. She picked up the phone and dialed Alli’s number. Alli picked up and said hello. “Ummm…Alli can come stay at your house for say a month or so” “Hang on lets see” Alli said casually. She hollered down the stairs to Susan “Can Jess stay with us for a month or so”. Susan’s reply was a slightly sarcastic but mostly true remark “She already does”. “Yeah OK you can come and stay” Alli said. They both laughed and Jess explained the whole Elie thing. “ewww…she sounds like a foul gruel little being” Alli said when Jess had finished and Jess couldn’t agree more. Helen called Susan and asked if they could all have dinner over at her house it was arranged and Helen got some of the things they needed to put in the dinner and walked over to Susan’s to help cook.
