Supposedly the principles are signed up for XF2 and CC is working on a script. Hollywood never says no to sequels, the Matrix ones did well. Terminator 3 was 10 years too late & Arnie's past his prime. Charlie's Angels 2 tanked because no one liked the first one, it just did well because everyone believed the hype the first time around. Lots of sequels to crap movies that everyone agreed was a crap movie. XF2 shouldn't be too expensive to make.

My worry is that CC is out of gas by now. And I worry that they'll scrap continuity. And if XF2 tanks, that will be the last nail in the coffin & we'll never get a 3 or 4 that wraps up the loose ends from The Truth. I'd rather they make the last X-Files story now & get it done rather than try to drag it out & never get to the end as DD/Ga will be too old & past wanting to continue. Whats GA up to these days besides getting married again & falling in her home? She hasn't done a film since House of Mirth.
