There were a lot of loose ends picked up here in this episode which were not resolved. I like that in because the door is now open for the answers--if not in the second part, certainly in the rest of the episodes.

As for the North Dakota/Alberta border--has anybody here ever seen that? I can honestly tell you that there isn't a whole lot of anything but wide open spaces up there. (I have a bunch of distant relatives up there and have seen some of that part of the state.) How the Border Patrol could just happen to be in the right place at the right time I found amusing. The terrain we did see was pretty accurate though--there are a lot of coulees (or gullies if you wish) in parts of northern ND so I wasn't surprised that the motorcycle landed in one. Nice touch there--looked like someone did their homework.

As for Frohike, was I just seeing things or did he get shot? It sure looked like it in the quick scene after the van was put out of commission.
