I noticed too that we had this long haired, bearded guy slihty resembling the Christ figure. And he being the evil one was kind of creepy. I wonder what the point was in having him look like that? Maybe they were going for a Charles Manson look. As for it being on Easter, all I know is I've heard this was shot earlier in the season. Some of the eps are being shown out of order so I assume it was just a coincidence that it ended up running on Easter. I understand you're being unsettled by it CW.

On the transubstantiation thing, when Monica mentioned that it sounded familiar. Didn't Mulder and Sullyhase an earlier case with a similar thing? I might be thinking of Revelations and the boy who could relocate himself.
