 I was on that cruise. Flew to Venice. Bought Turkish delight in the Grand Bazaar in Istanbul. Remember Valetta, Malta mainly for the sunshine and the cream filled brandy snaps being sold in the square. Santorini where we rode donkeys up to the top of the cliffs. My donkey scraped my leg against the wall all the way up! I walked down. Remember everyone buying leather hats and woollen shawls. Also remember being woken up by the tannoy blaring out Crocodile Rock and American Pie!
