 I went on a cruise on the SS Uganda cant remember if it was 1976 or 77, we called at Barcelona, Cadiz, Palma and Tangier. It was a fun time but I dont remember much about it was only 12 at the time. I can clearly remember my friend buying a 6 legged octopus wearing an SS Uganda hat and we called it Sixypus... weird what you remeber huh! I also remember being thrown around coming home through the bay of Biscay... it was fun and everyone was falling over.
We had a dorm right in the bowels of the ship and remember being gutted that we didnt have any "windows" :) happy days
