...is that it only says what it actually says--regardless of wishing! One of the law's co-writers has told some non-hyperventilating journalists what it says, and that Rove did not actually violate it. Party-members hoping this would be the vehicle for de-legitimizing TWO Presidential Elections will just have to continue their search.

OTOH as long as Rove hold his seat, the belief-system that he's the Evil Wizard who props-up an "empty suit" named Bush is safe. Take Rove down, and if Bush doesn't collapse a lot of Party Faithful will require extensive therapy (at Taxpayers' expense).

No election is "legitimate" to Party Faithful unless a Democrat wins it {yawwwwn}. This latest attempt to codify that religious belief will most probably prove to be only that. The shrill apologist for the Get-Rove Jihad who appeared on FoxNews' Dayside today (13 July) unambiguously showed us all the Party actually has on Rove.

RKBA! Best regards.
