Don't get me wrong...today it was 108 degrees. That's pretty hot. But it's definitely not 108 Long Island degrees. When it's 100 here, it feels (to me at least) like about 85 back home. No kidding. 85 on LI is hot, but not unbearably so. Same thing here. It's weird. I'm not running a marathon any time soon, but I played my pipes twice last week around dusk with the temp hovering in the 95 range and I wasn't sweating!!! I'm sure I was, but there's not moisture in the air (relative humidity was 9% yesterday) so it just evaporates instantly.

Pat said you did a great job on bass yesterday. Keep it up.
