 Come on now Corey, why would you want to take a homeless dog(s) from a shelter when you know nothing about it's background and then breed it? It could be a mix or it could have genetic problems that it could pass on to it's offspring. The shelters are full of HOMELESS Pit Bulls and you want to create more. How much sense does that make? Didn't you read in Beth's post that 50% of the dogs in her shelter are Pit Bulls? No responsible shelter is going to adopt out unaltered dogs anyway. So instead of trying to add to the dog overpopulation, why not save some dogs that are already in this world that need homes. For each puppy that you were to breed and sell or give away, an equal number will die in a shelter because no one wants them. It doesn't matter how many acres you have, because these are dogs, not ponies, they don't need acres, they need long walks and a couch to lay on and watch TV with you. Don't breed or buy while shelter animals die.
