 I volunteer at a shelter that serves an urban area. At any given time we are at least 50% pit bulls (and we are a big shelter). Our pits are temperment tested and okay for adoption, but no one wants them. We are no kill for adoptables so they sit for months and begin to deteriorate from cage life. They do get regular walks and human contact, but it is not enough. We are deperate for foster homes and GOOD adopters. We need help!
