I think there are a lot of 'cheaters' currently riding and competing at the highest level who have never been caught. Considering Tyler Hamilton to be the ultimate 'cheater' all of a sudden is illogical in the light of all the reports about structural doping use that have reached us over the years, like, for example, Manzano's testimonies about Kelme. The doping problem is bigger than the ones that actually get caught.
